We are looking for an all-round ICT System Engineer with a "Security First" mindset to help us power the renewable energy revolution.

The Mission

You aren't just maintaining systems; you are building the digital fortress that protects the green energy of tomorrow:

• System Mastery: Responsible for day-to-day ICT administration and infrastructure monitoring (servers/devices).
• Security Architect: Partner with our CISO to elevate our standards and lead the charge toward ISO27001 certification.
• Automation Guru: Use Terraform, Ansible, or Saltstack to automate tasks and eliminate manual grind.
• Cloud & Modern Ops: Manage Microsoft 365 (Intune, SharePoint), firewalls, identity management, and backups.
• Innovation Projects: Design and implement hi-tech environments, migrating older systems into the future.
• Team Support: Deliver high-quality documentation and help colleagues via our ticketing system.

Your Tech DNA

• Education: MSc in Informatics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• Track Record: 5–7 years of experience as a leading ICT System Administrator.
• Infrastructure Skills:
• OS: Expert-level Linux & Windows server management.
• Virtualization: Strong knowledge of hypervisors (preferably Proxmox).
• Cloud & Tools: Experience with Kubernetes, Hetzner, and the Atlassian stack.
• Security: Firewalls (Fortinet, PFsense), SIEM, and incident reporting.
• Automation/DevOps: Scripting wizardry (Bash, PowerShell) and CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Compliance: Familiarity with ISO27001 and NIS2.
• Bonus Points: Python, API development, InfluxDB, or Zabbix skills.
